Distribution Pipeline

We install both high and low pressure pipelines for distribution. The high pressure lines we install carry natural gas from a source to a regulator station where the pressure is then reduced and moved through low pressure pipelines. At this point, the gas is distributed to smaller plastic pipes that provide services to commercial districts and residential areas. At Southern Pipeline, our team has the experience and expertise in replacement and renewal projects to provide quality and efficient service.

Beyond Pipeline Replacement:

Pipeline replacement and renewal projects are not our only specialties. Our skilled team also has ample experience in new pipe installation, pipeline relocation, and pressure improvement updates.

Facilities and Maintenance

After natural gas is converted from high pressure to low pressure through a regulator station, the gas is ready to be distributed through smaller plastic pipes to homes and businesses. The process of distributing and moving gas from larger mains to smaller pipes so they can provide gas to residential and commercial areas is completed by our facilities and maintenance team.

Horizontal Directional Drilling

Horizontal Directional Drilling takes the environmentally taxing process of open trenching out of the natural gas pipeline installation process. This trenchless method is done by opening two bore pits and working inward to connect and install the product underground, dramatically reducing surface disruption. With over 30 years of combined experience using this drilling method, our team takes pride in mastering the Horizontal Directional Drilling process while prioritizing quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Transmission Pipeline

We specialize in the installation of transmission pipelines that transport natural gas over long distances from production sources to distribution systems and storage facilities. These large-diameter, high-pressure pipelines are built to ensure reliable gas delivery while meeting stringent safety and environmental standards.
